Silver Package
If you are doing all the planning and organizing for your wedding but want help when the day comes, check out our Silver package.
Our Silver services are designed to give you, your fiance, your mothers, and guest the opportunity to relax and enjoy your special day.
You can hire Purple Iris Weddings for the Silver package at any time up to 2 weeks before your wedding. We will meet with you at least once to go over all your wedding plans and details.
With our Silver package, we will provide the following services.
- We will visit your venues
- We will contact your vendors
- We will create a time line for both your ceremony and reception
- We will attend your rehearsal
- We will oversee the set up by your vendors
- We will make sure your tables are set up and decorated just as you planned
- We will make sure that all your decorations for both your ceremony and reception are just as you planned
- We will make sure that all items, such as your guest book & favors are placed where you planned
- We will distribute all your flowers
- We will make sure all of your attendants know their “duties”
- We will make sure everyone in the wedding party is lined up and ready for the processional
- We will make sure everyone in the wedding party starts processing at the right moment
- We will make sure that any late arriving guests are cordially greeted and that they find a seat without disrupting your ceremony
- We will keep the flow of communication running smoothly to make sure your reception stays as close to on tract as possible according to your time line.
- We will make sure your gifts are kept safe
- We will be the messengers and point persons between you and all your vendors & guests
- We will make sure that all vendors receive any payments or gratuities still due
- We will take care of any problems that arise during the day
- We always bring a large emergency kit that can fix most problems
There will be a lead coordinator and at least one assistant.
